                                    PROCEDURE FOR PREVENTION OF CORONAVIRUS
                                 INFECTIONS (KOVID-19) DURING ELECTION PROCEDURE

                                 Resolution No. 188 of  the Government of Mongolia approved  the
                                 “Procedure for preventing the spread of coronavirus infection (covid-19)
                                  during the 2020 parliamentary elections in Mongolia”.
                                  This regulation shall specify  the rights and responsibilities of parties,
                                  coalitions and candidates during the election campaign of election parties
                                  and campaigns, as well as the prevention of infection during polling in
                                  sealed ballot boxes and polling stations. procedures and actions  to be

                                   taken in the event of a suspicious event.
                                   Individuals and legal entities  that  violate regulations approved by a
                                   government decree will be prosecuted in accordance with  the Law on

                                   Violations and other relevant laws.
